Delivery Information
Australia Post
Shipments meeting Australia Post criteria will be shipped via registered post. You can obtain the tracking information once the shipment is posted by contacting Paramount Browns’. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area. However, most deliveries will take around 3-5 working days.
All shipments not meeting the criteria will be sent via a courier service (Details below).
Courier Deliveries
All shipments not meeting Australia Post criteria will be sent via a courier service. Please note that a street address is required for all courier deliveries. Delivery times will occur weekdays between 8.00am and 6.00pm. If you are not available at the time of delivery the courier will leave a note with details to contact the courier or contact Paramount Browns’ and intern one of our staff will contact you to arrange pickup. Pickup will then be from the courier’s depot. Please be aware that if a second delivery attempt is requested that extra freight costs will apply.
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to arrange the unloading of the goods from the couriers vehicle. If the customer is unable to arrange the unloading of the vehicle please place relevant comments in the “Shipping notes”. Paramount Browns’ will then contact you before delivery if required to arrange your request. Please note that extra charges may apply.

Pickup Information
Customer Pickups
We will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection. This normally takes around 3 business days depending on the nature of the products. The goods will then need to be collected within 7 business days. If your order is not collected within this time, you will be notified and your order will be cancelled. The goods will then be made available for alternate customer orders.
The goods can then be reordered for you (At your request) and a more suitable time for collection can be arranged.
Please note that personal identification will be required at pickup and must match the online pickup details.
If your pickup exceeds this time period Paramount Browns’ reserves the right to refund your payment (Less incurred expenses) and release the goods. Refunds will be credited back to the same savings or credit card from where the payment was made.
Courier Pickup
Your order will be processed and Paramount Browns’ will contact your courier within 4 working days.

Stock outs
Paramount Browns’ is always reviewing stock holdings and accuracy and will always endeavor to minimize stock outs. However, in the occurrence of a stock out you will be contacted within 1 working day to arrange backordering the product or refunding your money.
Privacy
Any/all personal information gathered has the sole purpose of being used to track Quotes and Orders, information will only be used internally by Paramount Browns’. Paramount Browns’ shall not trade or sell information obtained in any form.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Gift Card has no expiry
- Non redeemable for Cash.
- Must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued.
- Instore use only
- If the purchase is less than the value of the gift voucher, no change will be given over $19.95 and any balance of the Gift Card exceeding $19.95 will be given as a gift card.
- Online discounts do not apply
- By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you therefore accept and agree to the above Terms and Conditions.

*Paramount Price Guarantee applies where the product is identical, in stock and available at a retail shop front in South Australia. Competitor’s total price must include all taxes, freight, handling and any other price influencing factors. Competitor’s price must be verifiable using reasonable means.
Excludes auctions, stock liquidations, trade and wholesale pricing.
Paramount Price Guarantee does not include prior purchases
Returns Policy
New Stock
Please be aware of the following returns policy in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Time
Also subject to provisions below:
- Items returned within 30 days of purchase can receive a full credit
- Items returned within 30-60 days can receive a credit for 80% of the original price.
Condition
- To be considered for a credit, all items must be in “as new” condition.
- Items that have been used or fitted will under no circumstances be accepted.
- Items that have been specifically altered or cut to length will not be accepted.
Packaging
To be considered for a credit, all returned items must be in their original packaging and the packaging must be in a resaleable condition.
Customer orders (Buyins)
Items that have been specifically ordered in at the request of a customer will not be accepted for credit.
Freight
Under all circumstances, costs incurred in freighting items will be at the expense of the customer.
Acceptance
Our physical acceptance of goods does not constitute an agreement that a credit will be provided.
Invoice
In order to be considered for a credit, all items must be accompanied by a copy of the original tax invoice.
Discretion
Judgement will be at our sole discretion.
Second Hand & Surplus stock
No Second hand or Surplus stock will be accepted for credit under all circumstances.
Warranty Against Defects Policy
New stock
Paramount Browns’ Guarantees all “Paramount Browns” manufactured products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for a minimum of 12 months domestic use or 6 month commercial use from the date of purchase. Products stated with over 12 months warranty have 50% of the duration for commercial use. For example, a “2 Year warranty” provides 2 years domestic use or 1 year commercial use from the date of purchase.

Industrial Engine Warranty | 36 Months | 18 Months |
Paramount Industrial Warranty is 36 months domestic and 18 months commercial. The warranty applies the motor only, the entirety of the product is covered by a 12 month warranty.
During this guarantee period we will replace or refund any major product failures or repair any minor product failures.
This guarantee excludes defects caused by the product(s) not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse or being tampered with by unauthorized persons.
If a failure or fault occurs, the product must be returned to Paramount Browns’ for service & review.
Product reviews will come at no expense unless outside assistance or transportation is required. In this event the customer will be contacted for approval and payment before any such action is taken. All review costs will be refunded once the product is deemed to meet our warranty against defects or statutory consumer guarantees.
If distance prevents you from delivering the product(s) personally, you can send it freight prepaid. By following the tips, below, speedy attention to your requirements will be assured: If forwarding to Paramount Browns, attach a label to the product(s) stating your full name, phone number, address and nature of the fault or complaint. The Purchase Receipt (Or copy) must also accompany any claims.
Paramount Browns manufactured products warranty policy is in addition to other rights and remedies available under the ACL
Second hand & Surplus stock
All Second hand and surplus products are not covered by any of the additional warranties against defects stated above.
Consumer Guarantee
All products
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
